JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling outbound calls; US Outbound Process / Inbound customer service (for Universities / High Schools in the US)

Good communication (English language) and analytical skills
Freshers from 2009 and 2010 batch only
Willingness to work in Night shifts
