* Experience as in alert monitoring/management experience.
* Worked as a shift lead.
* Should be ITIL certified.
* L1/L2 support experience on AD, Network Devices, Windows/UNIX Servers, Exchange, Database, and Storage & Backup.
* Excellent email communication skills.

Qualification: Diploma / Graduate/Engineering
