Project Highlights:

Large e-Governance / Retail / e-Insurance / e-Unit Trust applications

JSP, Servlet, Struts, MVC 2 Architecture

Usage of EJB / Hibernate / Spring framework

Websphere Application Server / Oracle Application Server / JBoss

Oracle / DB2 / MySQL

Open Source Technologies (wherever applicable)

Integration with multi-technology applications

Involves Complex Modules with business transactions

Browser-independent applications

Implementation of Multiple Design patterns

Responsibilities:

Analyze the requirements (Either by directly interacting with the relevant users or based on Functional/Technical Specifications)

Programming UI Layer, Business Layer and Data Layer, using best practices / coding standards

Project situation based Problem solving

Unit Testing and Deliveries

Independently handle one or more modules

Contribute to new technology initiatives (Usage of new architectures/tools, Usage of design patterns, Usage of relevant coding methodologies to improve performance, scalability, reusability etc.)

Pre-requisites: Technical

6 months to 2 years of work experience in JSP and Servlet

Must have good expertise in Core Java, JSP and Servlet

Must have done atleast 1-3 projects using these technologies

Must have good exposure to Struts OR Hibernate OR Spring framework

Must have basic knowledge in SQL programming

Must have basic exposure to Coding standards and Best practices

Pre-requisites: General

Must have acceptable communication

Must have good aptitude / logical & analytical skills

Must have good attitude

Must be willing to adapt to new environments

Must be willing to accept newer challenges

Note:

Since our Software projects requires the Team members to travel for Development / Implementation / Support, Candidate must possess valid Passport & must be willing to travel to International locations.
