Enterprise Technology Application Support Division (ETAS) and Customer Technology Application Support Division (CTAS). It provides technology support services to global clients, round the clock.
CSS Corp is now hiring people for "Technical Support Engineers" at all levels.
Eligibility Criteria:
B.E/ B.Tech /Degree / Diploma with strong domain knowledge in Networking concepts
CCNA certified professionals are highly preferred
Must have outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
Willing to work in shifts
Profile Description:
Handling US customers and solving their technical queries
Completely involved in troubleshooting technical problems
Must meet or exceed individual performance goals and metrics focused on providing superior Business support
