* Troubleshooting Hardware/Networking/OS related queries of our global customers Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
* Take calls from Global customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally
* Deal with a wide range of products using a powerful information database
* Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems and explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand.
* Flexible to work in shifts.
* Graduate in any discipline (2007 to 2012 pass outs) +2 not eligible, minimum 10+2+3 or 10+2+4

* Good keyboard skills
* Prior experience in sales, insurance, mortgage, hotel, tourism and Airline industry process with good communication skills will be an added advantage.
* Should be flexible to working in shifts (24/7).
* Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% and above aggregate scores (Strictly 2007 - 2012 pass outs with no backlogs, 2012 pass outs are also eligible to apply if they have no back logs up to 5th sem and have an aggregate of over 50%) with 0-3 years of experience. +2 with minimum 1 year experience may apply.
* BE, B Tech, MBA & MCA, B.Sc IT, M.Sc IT, Computer Science graduates are not eligible
