Job Responsibilities: (Please read carefully)
*Understanding of Windows Networking Services like DHCP, DNS, and Print server in WIN 2003.
*Configuration & Installation, Troubleshooting of MS-Outlook.
*Unlocks and Resetting User Accounts and Delegating the control to subordinate Administrators
*Installation and Configuration of Print servers.
* Responsible for Installing, configuring all New Desktops & Laptops.
* Installing, Configuring, Troubleshooting Operating System like Windows XP/Windows Vista/Windows 7/MAC.
*Active Directory: Installation, Creating the User accounts, groups, OU, Changing the Password policy, Enable/Disable the Permissions, Configuration of Profiles.
* Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting of Network and Local Printers.
* Configuration and Trouble shooting of Wireless Network and Data Card Issues for Laptops.
* Configuring the user profile, Data migration for all New Desktops & Laptops. * Configuration and Trouble shooting of Wireless Network for Laptops.
* Trouble shooting Virus Issues and Software Issues.
* Troubleshooting Network Connectivity Issues and MS Office products.
* Take responsibilities of resetting password various types of applications. E.g. Ms-Outlook, Domain etc.
